All payments made towards your loan are non-refundable under all circumstances. GT Industries (AUST) Pty Ltd T/A MoneyBuddy reserves its right to exercise its right to not refund any payments that are:

• Correctly debited and in line with the customer′s contractual obligation; or
  
• Provided to us where the customer has authorised us or our third-party providers to debit the payment.
  

In the instance where a customer considers that a debit and/or payment may be:

• Fraudulent in nature; or
  
• Incorrectly debited; or
  
• An overpayment which is outside the contractual obligation,
  

GT Industries (AUST) Pty Ltd T/A MoneyBuddy may, at its discretion, refund or partially refund the relevant amount.

All customer requests for refund of a payment/s will be considered in accordance with MoneyBuddy’s Complaint and Disputes Resolution Statement, which can be found on our website www.yourmoneybuddy.com.au
